FHBC 2023-24 Annual Participant Registration – Registration System Guide


The login information from the old system (2021-22 or before) WILL NOT work under the new one. If you need to register yourself or someone else for the first time under this new system, you will need to create a new account.

We recommend performing the registration process on a computer as several users have reported problems when using mobile devices.

Log In / Creating an Account

Access Link – http://fhbcregistration.rampregistrations.com/

If this is your first time registering in this new system, click on “Don’t have an account? Create one Here”.

Provide an email address and create a password.

Q: Can the same email address be used for more than one account?
A: No. Once an email address has been used to create an Account, it cannot be used again on a different account.


Account Dashboard

Once you log in, you will be taken to your account’s Dashboard. Select the option to register as a Participant on the right side of the screen.

STEP 1 – Choose the current season “FHBC Registration Season 2023-24”

STEP 2 – Create a Account Member or select an existing one – under your account, you can manage different account members. You can manage a single individual or many participants of the same family. This is useful for parents/guardians that must register a child they are responsible for or need to manage more than one registrant in their family. You can only register one person at a time; finish the process and pay the fee before registering a new person.

IMPORTANT: if you are registering more than one family member, DO NOT use the autofill option on your browser, as it might overwrite all the fields with someone else’s information.

Q: What about my FHBC/FHC Number?
A: Once you have finished creating a Account Member, the system will check if that person had already been registered with FHBC at some point and will recover the FHBC Registration Number. If the person has never been registered with FHBC or if the system cannot find the person in the old database, a new FHBC/FHC Registration Number that starts with “3” will be assigned.

Q: How do I find my FHBC/FHC Number?
A: After you have finished registering, go to your Dashboard and click on “My Account Members” to see the profile of the people registered under your account. Click on “Edit” to access a profile’s information, and the FHBC/FHC Number can be found on the next page, under your personal information.

STEP 3 – Choose your Registration Category under “Division”

IMPORTANT: participants may be players and also coaches and/or officials; under these circumstances, participants are required to register in their HIGHEST FEE category.

STEP 4 – Ignore the checked box – it will display $0.00.

Review your registration information. Your FHC/FHBC registration fees will be displayed in the box at the bottom of the page; ignore the “Pricing Details” box.

Insert your credit card information before proceeding with the registration process.

Agree to the FHC Code of Conduct (you may read it by clicking on the PDF link) and sign in the box below the link.

Sing the agreement to the other Waivers as well before proceeding.

  1. FHC Demographic Survey.
  2. Select your Zone, your primary Club and secondary Club (if applicable), and the Leagues you will be participating in.

Important: once the dropdown list has been selected, any scroll feature of the mouse, keyboard or browser could potentially scroll the dropdown list instead of the webpage as intended. Double check your answers, specially for Primary Club as that will influence


Registration Confirmation Email

After you have completed your registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

Q: Can’t find my registration confirmation email. How do I get a new registration confirmation?
A: On the left menu of your Account Dashboard, click on “My Registrations”. On the next page, you will see your registration with FHBC listed and the “Receipt” option on the right side of the screen. Click on it to access a new registration confirmation. You can either share the link with your club administrator or choose to Save as PDF (top right corner of the browser, click on the three dots or three lines, select print and then Save as PDF).

Q: Did my payment go through?
A: Sometimes, the Registration Confirmation you receive right after registering does not yet reflect your payment. The system might take a few minutes to recognize it, so please follow the instructions above to download your confirmation after 10-15 minutes.

If for some reason your payment didn’t go through – e.g. due to a technical issue; the session was interrupted before inputting the payment information; invalid card info, etc. – the system will let you know that there are still payments you need to perform to be cleared to play. When you log in, you will see a new option called “Pay Outstanding Balances”. If you click on this option, it will take you straight to the payment page for those outstanding fees.


Refund Policy

Once a Field Hockey BC registrant has actively participated in the current season, regardless of the extent of such participation, registration fees are regrettably not eligible for reimbursement nor eligible for proration. This applies to both Field Hockey BC and Field Hockey Canada fees that form the full field hockey Participant Registration fee. Such a policy has recently been reviewed by the FHBC Board of Directors with the decision that fees would only be reimbursed to those who have not actively participated.
