Indoor Skill Enhancement (Training and Game Play)
FHBC will also offer an indoor component to the Athlete Accelerate Program during the calendar months of January and February. This component will be offered in addition to and will compliment the outdoor program. The indoor program will emphasize outdoor technical skill enhancement utilizing the indoor game. This indoor component will be open and accessible in the same way as the outdoor component.
Our indoor sessions are designed to enhance outdoor performance by refining core skills in a fast-paced, controlled environment. Each session combines focused technical skill development with a game-based component, allowing athletes to practice and elevate their abilities under realistic game pressure. This approach helps players sharpen decision-making, improve ball control, and strengthen their overall on-field effectiveness.
