Each training day includes one 3-hour session focused on progressive development:

- 90-minute technical clinic: skill acquisition, refinement and implementation
- 60-minute tactical session: situational play, decision-making

Supplemental Interior Training Opportunity
OPTIONAL GAME PLAY SESSIONS IN PENTICTON
To further support athlete development, players are encouraged to participate in supplemental training sessions with FHBC Coach Lesley Noftle through the South OK Field Hockey Club in Penticton, BC.
These sessions provide valuable opportunities for athletes to apply their skills in a competitive game environment with an experienced group of athletes.
