Welcome to FHBC’s Safe Sport Policy Suite Webpage.
The FHBC Safe Sport Policy Suite forms an essential part of the Society’s ongoing commitment to safe sport standards. The Suite consists of a set of policy applications designed to bring consistency in education and application across both recognized FHBC Member Club Governance and Sanctioned FHBC League and Event provision.
The first set of policy applications within this Suite were approved by the FHBC Board of Directors in May 2024 and includes FHBC’s formal commitment to the BC Universal Code of Conduct. The FHBC Safe Sport Policy Suite includes to date the following policy applications:
