FHBC Membership Policy
Aligned to Society Bylaws, FHBC Membership Policy requires field hockey clubs in BC to meet a series of safe sport governance requirements to be formally recognized as a FHBC Member Club. Once FHBC Membership Policy requirements have been met, the name of the FHBC Member Club will be reflected in the full list of FHBC Member Clubs in good standing below.
Current FHBC Membership Policy was approved by the FHBC Board of Directors on April 7, 2025 and includes a transition timeline for Field Hockey Clubs to meet policy requirements. With the transition timeline in mind, FHBC expects a full list of FHBC Member Clubs to be realized by the end of the 2025 calendar year and for these Member Clubs to form the voting membership of the Society moving forward into the next FHBC AGM in February 2026.
