Ahead of the 2020 FHBC Annual General Meeting, we are providing a complete information package. Everything you need to know regarding this year’s AGM is compiled into a single PDF file that can be downloaded here. Every document related to the AGM is available on our “Documents” page.

Remember, the Annual General Meeting will take place next Monday, February 10th, at Fortius Sport & Health, Burnaby, BC, in the Lodge Meeting Room. The meeting is scheduled to start at 6:30 pm.

Advance submission of Proxy Forms for verification is recommended, and they can be sent to info@fieldhockeybc.com. For those bringing a non-verified Proxy Form to the meeting, you will need to be in line by 6:15 pm to submit it.
