The Provincial Indoor Umpire Course is $25 for FHBC members. The course will be one session of 4 hours, including theory and exam. Participants must obtain a grade of 75% or higher in order to pass as a Provincial level umpire or obtain a grade of 60% or higher to pass as a Community Level Umpire. Candidates must be a minimum of 13 years by the end of the calendar year to register.
