Registration is now open for Regional Trials for the U15 Mainland Boys (Vancouver/North Shore and all regions south and south-east of Vancouver).

Deadline for registering is October 23, at noon.
Who is this for and what do I need to know?
- Male U15 (2005-2007) athletes who live or attend school on the Lower Mainland
*younger athletes may be considered - $10 (non-refundable) paid online
- Deadline to register is 12pm on Wednesday, October 30. No exceptions!
- Skills assessment takes place Sunday, November 3 at Eric Hamber, Vancouver @7:30pm-9pm
- Fitness testing and education takes place on Saturday, November 9 at the Richmond Olympic Oval @ 8am-12pm. This event is part of athletes’ evaluation and is mandatory for selection into the program
- Selections will be made by Wednesday, November 13th; Training begins the following weekend (see Training Schedule)

Fitness & Selection
Fitness (yo-yo test), skills, and more will be assessed at the trial. If you have never done a Yo-Yo test before, don’t worry! Our coaches are there to explain and demonstrate a Yo-Yo test to everyone.
