Field Hockey Canada has committed to offering our U23 athletes an opportunity to join the high performance pathway with a U23 National Championship in 2017! Trials are being held on Friday, June 16th at 7pm. The deadline to register is Monday, May 29th.
Trial: Wright Field at UBC Friday, June 16th @7:00pm – No cost to register for trials!
Eligible athletes: born 1994-1999
Training weekends: June 23, June 30, July 14 @7-8:30PM at Wright Field, UBC. Plus, potential involvement in the India Club Tournament, June 23-26 at Tamanawis Fields in Surrey, BC
National Championship: July 20-25 (start date TBC), at Tamanawis Fields in Surrey, BC
Coach: Susan Ahrens, FHBC Provincial Coach, & Indy Sehmbi, FHC Coach
Cost: $200 per athlete: turf rental, Coach, Manager, Kukri Retro Jacket, Kukri Training Top and all tournament costs. Tournament accommodation/food not included.
