This is an entry level course, suiting all community and club level coaches. Covering essentials such as field hockey practice planning and some key coaching and learning essential
s, this course is particularly tailored to the FUNdamentals stage of athlete development.
Who Should take this course? New and inexperienced field hockey coaches who want to learn the basics of coaching and of field hockey.
By the end of this course: Once you have completed the course, you will have obtained a “Trained” status in the Fundamentals / Community Course.
Date: Saturday January 7th & Sunday January 8th
Location: Fortius Sport & Health, The Forum & Burnaby Lake West, Field #2
Time: Saturday 9:30am – 12:30pm & 1:00pm – 4:30pm, Sunday 8:00am – 1:00pm & 1:00pm – 4:30pm
Cost: $90 for Members *Special Half-Price Offer* or $180 for Non-Members
Payment can be made online at the end of the registration process or by cheque. Cheques can be made payable to ‘Field Hockey BC’.
